3D design of automatic six-axis robot 6kg

The robot has a compact structure, small size, light weight, a maximum load of 6KG, and an arm span of 1100mm. The wrist adopts a hollow structure, which makes it easier to route and move more flexible. The protection level is higher, IP54, dustproof and waterproof, and the accuracy of repeated positioning is 0.06mm.

Manipulator is a kind of automatic operation device which can imitate some action functions of human hand and arm to grasp, carry objects or operate tools according to fixed procedures. It has the advantages of both human and mechanical mobile phones in structure and performance.

This design model drawn by SolidWorks 2017, the model is detailed design. The original 3D file allows you to quickly modify the design. The step format file is provided for opened by other 3D software. The package size is approximately 50 MB. 2D drawings are included.
