I seem to have found a solution, here’s what I did for those facing the same problem:
I had to download the above utility and run it, then select the Autodesk Genuine Service from the list and tell the software that I want to remove it. It does something for a minute, and while this is still open, it’s not interactive. After it was done, things were removed, but there were still some files left on my system. So I had to follow these steps:

Find these files and delete them manually.
This experience will allow me to find alternative software for my needs in the future. It’s outrageous that a company believes it can “hijack” PCs and force users to install programs and services they don’t want.
