Speed up the product and make distance conveyor

On the production line, in the process of transporting the finished product, when the distance between multiple products is too close, we need to lengthen the spacing of the products. That’s when we need this two-table conveyor.

The speed of the conveyor at the front end  is small, and the speed of the conveyor at the back end is high. In this way, when the product passes through the conveyor, the distance between the two products becomes larger.

The structural design principle of this conveyor is simple and reliable. To go through the production of verification, drawings include 3D drawings and 2D drawings. Draw using SolidWorks2017. Can greatly help your design and reduce your design time.

The conveyor is driven internally by two AC motors. Timing belt connection is adopted between the motor and the roller. The two motors have speed regulating devices respectively. The speed can be adjusted freely. The speed range is between 10 m/min and 60 m/min.
